Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you place an order. By using my services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and my Payment Terms.

Orders
 

The Buyer must pay before the making of the product, or after the product is completed depending on which option I decide;
 

The Order Turnaround time is between 2-3 days on average (after having received all files necessary), unless mentioned otherwise;
 

Once the order has been completed, the buyer receives 1 revision of the product; any higher than that requires extra payment depending on the task;
 

Package Prices will vary depending on the content being produced.

ALL PAYMENTS that are $1,000 USD & ABOVE must have a written contract to prevent fraudulent activity;
 

Contracts can ONLY be changed if both parties agree to it in under 24 hours. Above that threshold, contracts are set and cannot be changed;
 

Storage Tax will be included on late payments ($10 per day);
 

When purchasing a service, Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by myself.
 

Sprint retains the right to use all published delivered orders for marketing and promotion purposes;
 

Custom offers are defined by the Buyer with the exact description of the Service, the price and the time expected to deliver the service;
 

The buyer must deliver completed files of work;
 

All edited videos can and will be used for proof of work - same with ratings;
 

Sprint refuses to do all video that doesn't respect our terms of service such as: illegal or fraudulent services; adult services & pornography; inappropriate behaviour & language; phishing & spam;
 

Orders may be cancelled based on, but not limited to, the following reasons:
-Users are abusive towards the other party through threats of low ratings or leveraging order materials (such as personal information) against each other.
-Users who abuse the Request Revisions button to gain more services from Sellers beyond the agreed requirements.
 

If an order is cancelled, the funds paid will be returned to the Buyer, unless the order has already been worked on or completed;
 

Reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations of the Terms of Service mentioned in the Discord Server;
 

No refunds;
 

Failure to read or review these Terms of Service does not exempt any Buyer or User from compliance.

By placing an order, submitting payment, or otherwise using my services, you acknowledge that these Terms of Service apply in full, regardless of whether you have read them.
